About Us

Thai.Rentals rents apartments in Phuket at The Title Nai Yang and Laguna Phuket. My name is Valentina, and I’m the owner. I’ve been living here permanently since early 2025 (previously visiting regularly since 2019). I live in the same complexes that I rent out. I inspect every apartment personally before each check-in and can resolve any issues without delays.

Our Story

My husband and I first came to Phuket in 2011 for 28 days and stayed at Nai Yang beach. We appreciated the calm sea, warm water, and tranquility.

In 2014, our second child was born, and the dream of living in warmth during winter became stronger. In 2015, we were looking for a place by the sea with calm waves. Real estate agents brought us back to Nai Yang. We decided to buy an apartment here.

In 2019, we received the keys to our first apartment at The Title Residencies Nai Yang.

In 2023, we bought a second apartment in Laguna Phuket.

Living in Phuket

Since 2019, I’ve been visiting Phuket regularly for several months at a time. Since early 2025, I live here permanently in the same apartments at The Title Nai Yang and Laguna that I rent to guests.

My son attends a Thai school. Before choosing, I visited many international schools on the island. I can give honest feedback about pros, cons, pricing, and teaching approaches at different options.

How We Work

We know every detail of each apartment. If the description says “quiet,” I live in these complexes and verified it personally. If it mentions “suitable for remote work,” I conducted Zoom calls and tested the Speedtest.

Honesty over sales. We don’t promise a “universal paradise.” We honestly describe the pros and specifics of each apartment:

• See a note like “pool noise audible 10am-6pm”? We verified this ourselves, not copied from developer brochures.
• Says “balcony shaded after 2pm”? I measured with a tape and tracked the sun timing.
• Lists Wi-Fi 180 Mbps? I tested Speedtest in the living room and bedroom. Can provide screenshots upon request.

Individual selection. I know each apartment personally and match it to your needs (quiet environment, workspace, shaded balcony), not just “what’s available.”
