Are utilities included in the price?
Yes, in most of our listings utilities (electricity and water) are already included in the final price you see when booking. You can always check exact details in the specific property listing before payment.
What is the deposit amount and when is it returned?
The security deposit depends on the specific apartment and usually ranges from $200 to $300. We collect it upon check-in and return it on your check-out day after verifying the property condition.
How can I pay for my booking?
We try to be as flexible as possible. You can pay for your booking:
Russian bank card (in rubles)
Cryptocurrency (USDT)
Cash (in dollars or baht)
Is there internet and is it suitable for remote work?
Yes, all our apartments have high-speed internet. We understand the importance of stable connection, so we personally test the speed (Speedtest) in each apartment. Exact speed metrics are indicated in each property description. This is an excellent choice for remote work.
How often is cleaning performed?
Standard cleaning is done before your check-in and after check-out (final cleaning). Interim cleanings during your stay are available upon request for an additional fee. Exception: In The Title Legendary Bang Tao apartments, weekly cleaning is already included in the price.
Do I need transportation (motorbike or car)?
Phuket is a large island with limited public transportation. For comfortable stay, we strongly recommend renting a motorbike or car.
For example, The Title Nai Yang complex is located in a quiet area, and to reach entertainment zones, transportation is essential. At the same time, some complexes (like Laguna Skypark) have many amenities within walking distance or provide shuttle buses. How does check-in work?
We meet guests in person. This allows us to hand over the keys, show you the apartment, answer questions, and ensure you are comfortably settled in.
Do you provide TM.30 registration?
Yes, absolutely. We officially register all guests (TM.30 form) with immigration services. For this, we will need a photo of your passport. This is a mandatory procedure in Thailand that guarantees you won't have any visa issues when departing or extending your stay.
